BOOKING CONDITIONS
Before booking, please read our terms and conditions below...
By making a booking through Mr & Mrs Gale you are accepting on behalf of you and your party these terms and conditions.
On making a booking a deposit of 25% must be paid. The balance must be paid at least 10 weeks prior to your departure date.
When booking within ten weeks you are required to pay the full amount in advance. Payment may be made by bank transfer or cheque. We will email/fax you the bank details when needed.
If you have special needs, cots (linen not provided) high chairs, please let us know when making your initial enquiry.
Your holiday accommodation can generally be accessed from 16:00 hours onwards. Please vacate the property at 12:00 hours on your day of departure.
Our maintenance staff ie pool-man, gardener has access to external areas if maintenance within the property is needed a convenient time will be arranged to suit you, we ask for your co-operation in order that pools and gardens can be properly maintained . Pools are normally cleaned in the morning, twice a week, with as little disruption to the guests as possible.
Bed linen is changed alternate days and towelling daily, if necessary, except Sundays
Please do not use towels provided at the villa for the beach or pool area. Beach towels are provided.
In the unlikely event that we have to make any changes to your holiday accommodation, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will offer a suitable alternative or full refund.
If you cancel your holiday accommodation, we will require written confirmation as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which we receive written confirmation.
Over 10 weeks prior to departure your deposit will be forfeited.
10 - 6 weeks prior to departure 25% of the cost of your holiday accommodation.
5 - 4 weeks prior to departure 50% of the cost of your holiday accommodation.
3 - 0 weeks prior to departure 100% of the cost of your holiday accommodation.
We recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance under which it may be possible to reclaim these charges.
Only you and those named on your reservation form will be permitted to stay in your holiday accommodation. Any changes must be agreed with us in writing.
A cash deposit of 500 US$ is payable by you on arrival, and maybe withheld in full or in part, in the event of any loss, damage, breakages or additional cleaning. The deposit will be returned to you on departure.
We reserve the right to terminate your holiday, should you or any member of your party behave in such a manner as to cause damage to property, danger or distress to neighbours or fellow residents. In such an event we accept no liability or responsibility for any expense, compensation or refunds.
If you have a complaint during your holiday, please bring it to the attention of management staff as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that the complaint cannot be resolved during your holiday, details of the complaint must be made in writing and sent to Mr & Mrs Gale within 28 days of the end of your holiday.
